Why do you need Coaching?

To elevate your performance and achieve long-term progress, expert coaches provide tailored guidance. With distinct sports requiring different muscle usage and energy sources, sport science coaches craft structured training plans that optimize strength development at the right intensity and timing.

How quickly do I start to improve?

Not everyone needs to train as intensely as Tour de France riders since everyone has their own personal commitments. Take my previous athlete, “Matt Langworthy,” for example. He is a Junior Champion and trains only 6 hours per week. Each person’s training plan is unique, designed around their lifestyle and goals.

To begin, I assess individual strengths and weaknesses and then customize workouts accordingly. Cyclists have varied skill levels, such as sprinters, climbers, flat road specialists, time trialists, or triathletes. Typically, my training programs involve 1-2 hours of training per day, 3-5 days per week.

Completing 80-90% of the training plan consistently for three months yields significant improvements. I prioritize tailoring the training program to suit each individual’s needs, making it achievable and effective for their specific goals.

Is there any shortcut to improve more quickly?

Improvement takes time; short-term results are not expected. My workouts are designed with varying intensities to aid muscle development. Riding more hours doesn’t guarantee faster improvement. Overtraining and excessive racing can lead to fatigue and decreased performance. Balancing training and recovery is crucial for sustained progress and enjoying the journey.

Advance Coaching Programs 6 months

Our coaching program is for goal-oriented riders seeking significant performance improvement. It’s designed for middle-level cyclists with a few years of experience who want to keep up with friends better. Over 6 months, workouts help shape your body, build strength, and ensure adaptability. Consistency is key for sustainable fitness, making it easier to recover and regain your form after occasional missed workouts.

Ultimate Coaching Programs 12 months

Our coaching program is ideal for riders who regularly participate in races and have a clear goal of improving their performance with better times and results. The 12-month training program is structured to foster self-discipline and keep you committed to the training process.

Rest assured, our training plans won’t overwhelm you, and they are tailored to fit your lifestyle. We take into account any other training programs you may have, such as swimming or running, and adjust accordingly.
