2. เก็บขวดน้ำโดยเปิดฝาทิ้งไว้ เพื่อให้ขวดได้มีอากาศถ่ายเท ถ้าคุณมีช่องแช่แข็งที่บ้าน เก็บขวดในช่องแช่แข็งเพื่อฆ่าแบคทีเรียที่ยังตกค้างอยู่
3. กำจัดเชื้อโรคสัปดาห์ละครั้ง วิธีที่ถูกและง่ายที่สุดคือ ใช้เม็ดฆ่าเชื้อสำหรับทำความสะอาดฟันปลอมละลายน้ำ
o เทน้ำสะอาดในอ่างน้ำ และใส่เม็ดฆ่าเชื้อ 2 เม็ด
o แช่ขวดลงไปให้มิด 100% โดยแยกขวดน้ำกับฝาออกจากกัน
o ทิ้งเอาไว้อย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง หรือข้ามคืนได้ก็จะดียิ่งขึ้น
o จากนั้น ใส่น้ำที่ใช้แช่ทำความสะอาดลงในขวดปริมาณครึ่งขวด และปิดฝากลับเข้าไปใหม่ เขย่าให้แรงและบีบขวดให้น้ำพุ่งออกจากจุกที่ใช้ดื่ม เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าขวดน้ำของคุณสะอาดหมดจด สุดท้ายล้างขวดน้ำด้วยน้ำสะอาดอีกครั้ง
